The Exercise
LAKEVIEW is a PC based In-Tray exercise, replacing traditional paper based exercises.
Over the course of the 60 minute exercise, the candidate takes on the role of the manager of a new conference center a few days before the grand opening. The exercise challenges the candidate to manage tasks to ensure a smooth opening of the new facility.
Emails from suppliers, team members and supervisors demand attention. The candidate has to make a series of decision for each email:
Due to the limited time available and the complexity of the task at hand, the participant will be immersed in this demanding exercise from the first minute.
