Solution: Bluebridge consultants provided the design of a new assessment process, definition of critical competencies to be assessed, development of relevant role plays and scenarios, definition of a sustainable feedback process and follow up to monitor development measures. The assessment center methodology was introduced to the client for the first time and is now a mandatory stepping stone for external hires as well as for internal candidates who aspire for management level jobs and above.
Results: Our client only promotes talents on assessment performance against a pre-establish skill set and has subsequently increased leadership quality. The company has also seen an improved attrition rate among its critical talents.

Global Accounting Services Provider
Solution: Bluebridge provided the full delivery of assessment centers on Manager and on Senior Manager levels. Our consultants performed roughly 8 four-day assessments per year with 12 participants per AC. The program was hosted by the Executive Committee and satisfactory AC performance a prerequisite for performance to Senior Manager or Partner respectively. Furthermore, Bluebridge provided management training for Manager and Senior Manager levels. Those training typically included 6 participants and lasted for 3 days. It comprised ongoing coaching and two dedicated follow-up days to ensure know-how transfer into the business environment.
Results: the assessment centers are perceived as an absolute career cornerstone by the client's employees, both for professionals (service delivery employees) as well as representative from the corporate center.
